First Few Weeks of Summertime in Utah

May 31, 2016 was the first time cousins got to meet the babies..and the babies got to meet each other!
Helping grandpa mow the lawn-Kaiser was so happy to be back at Grandma and Grandpa's house! We stayed with Grandma and Grandpa while figuring out how where to buy a home!
 Skid loader at Grandpa Perkes'
Cutest Brothers around!
Aunt Toni came to meet the babes!
Hogle Zoo with everybody!
It's so funny how this lion still exists. I have picture from my childhood drinking out of the lion!
Build and Grow at Lowes--The Avengers
Koen always used to hold our fingers with his hands making it difficult to give him his bottle
Chillin with Daddy before he starts working!
Kaiser had been asking for a long time to be able to ride on the bus. So I took him and Koen on the CVTD as there is a stop by my parent's house. As you can tell by his face, he was in HEAVEN. We had to stop and get some chicken nuggets at McDonalds and check out the toys at Smith's Marketplace...
Sleepy boys
Boston's Baseball game with Grandma
Car time with the boys was the best time!
While at Neil and Andrea's, we dug this out of storage and let Koen try it for the first time. He was a little unsure at first but he will get the hang of it!
Fun at our Lehman Grandparent's house!
Cousins comparing sunburns haha!
Snow Cones at Cynthia's Rainbow Snow!
I love how in this one, Kaiser is making sure that Koen makes a funny face too! ๐Ÿ’›
Love these boys, and I love how much they love each other!
His face is so precious...despite the gross-colored spit-up on his shirt!
Splash Pad fun
We took the kiddos to the North Logan Splash Pad for some fun in the sun!
And summer is not summer in Logan without taking at least one trip to the Logan Aquatic Center!
Taking a snooze with Grandpa

So Long College Station...So Long...

May 17-30th

The last few weeks in College Station were quite a whirlwind. It has been a long time since we lived there but it still brings tears to my eyes when I think about our last couple weeks and having to say goodbye to the place we loved so much, where so many amazing friendships were formed. We loved living there. We knew that even though this phase of life was challenging, we would always look back on our time in CS with the best outlook because it is such a great place to live.

Scott was interviewing for jobs like crazy. It came down to 2 jobs: Kimley-Horn in Phoenix Arizona, and The Canyons Village Resort in Park City. It was a very difficult decision because both jobs had great potential, but we ultimately felt that Utah was where we needed to be. Scott got both offers right around the same time--May 20th (ish). He accepted the job on May 21st or so and they wanted him to start as soon as possible so we had very little time to pack up and leave. Scott did most of the packing while I took care of the boys. I think I got the easier job haha!
One last girls night at Jenepher's house with Sierra, me, Jenepher, and Emily
Kaiser and Enok at one of our many favorite parks in College Station.
Just because Kaiser is so dang cute...
Koen was NOT sure how he felt about the Bumbo.
Saying goodbye to our friends is hard. Definitely harder on us mommas. We have spent so much time together these last two years leaning on each other through the tough times, and we are so grateful that our kiddos were blessed with such great friends!
Peyton, Kaiser, Enok
This last year especially, we grew so close. Best friends for life. And such a tender mercy that the three of us all left within a week of each other. I think Heavenly Father knew we couldn't do life in College Station without each other.
One last get-together with all the CS crew!

We said goodbye to Roslyn. It was a great tender mercy that we were able to babysit her a couple of times a week as well. Provided us with a little bit of cash, and I ultimately wanted to use it to help Scott buy his Aggie Ring!
Okay, Koen changed his mind!

You have treated use well the last two years (even though the AC was broken for most of the time and we never knew until 2 months before we moved haha!) and we have made magnificent memories here. College Station, we will be back!
