Houston Holocaust Museum and Aquarium

After we'd lived in College Station for a couple of weeks, we decided it was time to head into the city to explore! We looked up a few things to do online (too many to count.) and chose the Holocaust Museum in their Museum District, and the Downtown Aquarium for Kaiser! Kind of a random pairing, I know :)
Anyways, the Holocaust museum was awesome! There was a lot of interesting sights to see there. Obviously a lot smaller than the Holocaust Museum in DC, but still an amazing experience. It's always very humbling to learn about. Here are some pictures of one of the actual box car that was used to take the Jews to concentration camps. 
We then went to the Aquarium so Kaiser could have a little fun! The aquarium was super fun, and there were so many fun things to see. We saw jelly fish, piranhas, reptiles of all kinds, crocodiles, sea turtles, white tigers, and we even got to pet/feed sting rays!  We also took Kaiser on his first carousel ride. He absolutely loved it! Here are some pictures:
