Heidi and Scott--4 Year Anniversary!

Scott and I laid low for our anniversary this year. We celebrated 4 years on Thursday, July 2nd.
And I suck at taking photos when it's not of my child. And even then it's questionable! Why does this happen? I think I will make it my New Years Resolution to take more photos!

Anyways, we got Grandma Jana, Aunts Bethany and Kacee, and Grandma Teddy to watch Kaiser while Scott and I could get away for some much needed time alone. It had been a looooooooong time since we had been on a date without Kaiser.

We went miniature golfing in Providence at The Willows--something we hadn't done in a long time! Then we went to dinner at the Elements--a place we haven't ever been before. We then went for a little drive. We then stopped and walked around the temple and spent some time enjoying the atmosphere. We ended it by driving to the spot where we watched a movie on our date and had a nice long chat there.

Nothing spectacular, but boy--it was so fun to go on a date. We had a great time talking and reconnecting without distractions. It was fun talking about and reminiscing about how much we have been through and accomplished in 4 years of marriage. We have had so many wonderful moments and so many rough moments--especially this time spent in graduate school. But I wouldn't change it for a second. I love Scott and am so grateful that he puts up with me daily. He knows me better than I know myself and I couldn't ask for a better partner in crime.

Cheers to 4 years of marriage and here is to an infinite number of years to go. Love you Scott!
