Our FIRST A&M Football Game!

After not going to any Texas A&M football games last year, we knew we had to go to at least one this year. Especially with the re-opening of the amazing and ginormous football stadium, Kyle Field. So Scott bought a 4-game pass so that he could go to a few, and I could go to at least one with him. And we are so glad that we did! Scott has worked in Kyle field over the last year and a half installing seats and helping with the remodel so it's about time that he actually gets to enjoy a game!

It just so happened that we found a babysitter for the football game that we were playing in against Nevada on September 19th. My sweet friend Emily offered to watch Kaiser so Scott and I could enjoy some alone time at the football game.

We dropped Kaiser off and hopped on the bus to head to the game. Of course, we had to leave pretty early. I think we left at 9:45 so we could get there and take it all in before the game started. It started at 11:00 am so we knew it would be super hot. It was already high 80s when we got to the game. Barf. But we were mentally prepared so it wasn't a big deal really.

Holy cow. That stadium is HUGE. HUGE. I have never been in something bigger in my life. It was amazing! And we had awesome seats! We were on the 2nd tier of seats in the student section pretty much right on the 50 yard line. Couldn't ask for a better spot. Except one that was out of the sun the whole game, but haha yeah right. We were in the student section, which means we were in the sun the whole time. Which we did really well, especially me and my pregnant self. But I did get a little dizzy around half time and had to go out of the sun for a bit. But we both had such a great time! The fans are crazy, and we loved being a part of the 12th Man! We stood the whole game, and during halftime for when the band played. What a cool experience for us! We are so glad we could go to one together!

Just a pretty view of the stadium
Walking up the ramp to our seats
Taking it all in... Such a fun atmosphere!
Aww :)
Panoramic view of inside the stadium
LOVE the flags lining the stadium!
